Bushride may facilitate payment between drivers and passengers for carpooling services. You agree to pay any fees associated with the use of Bushride or any carpooling services provided through Bushride.

You may submit content, such as reviews and ratings, to Bushride. You agree that all content you submit is accurate and not misleading, and that you have the right to submit such content. You also grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

All intellectual property rights in Bushride and its content, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by us or our licensors. You agree not to use or reproduce any of these materials without our prior written consent.

We may terminate your access to Bushride at any time for any reason, without notice or liability to you.

We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of your use of the App or any carpooling services provided through Bushride.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of Bushride or any carpooling services provided through Bushride.

These terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
